Join us at an exciting moment of growth as we open a brand new Distribution Centre in the US! We're looking for motivated Warehouse Operatives to be part of something special from day one. This is a unique opportunity to help launch a new operation, and play a hands on role in shaping new processes and ways of working. As a founding member of the team, you'll have the chance to make a real impact, grow with the business, and be part of a company that's investing in its people, its technology, and its future. Responsibilities- Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming deliveries accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch in line with company standards.
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock control activities.
- Carry out regular stock checks and assist with inventory audits.
- Ensure products are stored correctly and warehouse locations are maintained.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Assist with palletizing, wrapping, and preparing shipments for transportation.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, health & safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve warehouse productivity and service targets.
- Assist with the implementation of new warehouse systems, processes, and workflows.
