Join us at an exciting moment of growth as we open a brand new Distribution Centre in the US! We're looking for motivated Warehouse Operatives to be part of something special from day one. This is a unique opportunity to help launch a new operation, and play a hands on role in shaping new processes and ways of working. Responsibilities
  • Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming deliveries accurately.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch in line with company standards.
  • Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock control activities.
  • Carry out regular stock checks and assist with inventory audits.
  • Ensure products are stored correctly and warehouse locations are maintained.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
  • Assist with palletizing, wrapping, and preparing shipments for transportation.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, health & safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve warehouse productivity and service targets.
  • Assist with the implementation of new warehouse systems, processes, and workflows.
Support general warehouse and operational duties as required Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience. Ability to lift and move heavy materials. Basic computer skills and ability to use warehouse management systems. Forklift certification needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and safety. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet productivity targets. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn new processes and adapt in a brand new facility.
