Warehouse Team Member

Warehouse Team Member Job Summary The Warehouse Team Member performs an array of essential functions including receiving and processing incoming stock, packing and shipping orders, organizing inventory, operating forklifts, and maintaining a safe, clean warehouse environment. The Warehouse Team Member will work closely with warehouse team members, production team members, and office staff.

Full-Time, Hourly Job Requirements These are non-negotiable responsibilities carried out on a regular basis. Performance will be evaluated based on these and other assigned responsibilities. Order Fulfillment Accurately pick products from assigned pallet racking locations. Operate label applicators correctly and minimize labeling errors. Monitor and package all labeled products into their correct cases. Safely and securely palletize labeled cases to Shawnee specifications. Participate in the shipping process and prepare some or all required shipping documentation. Receiving Accurately inspect, record, and reconcile each incoming shipment with its packing list. Document any damaged, missing, or unusable product on shipping documents and receiving reports. Attach lot number tags or identifying labels to received items. Physical Requirements Ability to lift or move 50+ lbs. unassisted. Ability to stand, walk, lift, pull, and push for extended periods. Ability to climb ladders as required. Visual requirements include near and far sight, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus. Other Duties Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management. Previous warehouse, distribution, or production experience preferred. Forklift operation experience strongly preferred (training may be provided). Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining safety and quality standards. Additional Qualifications High School diploma or GED required. Capability to lift or move 50+ lbs. unassisted. Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods of time. Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
