Part Time Material Handler

We are seeking a dependable Part-Time Material Handler to support ongoing work at 2 facilities in the Auburn and Fredrickson areas. This role focuses on evening material movement to ensure crews have the necessary materials staged and ready for the next day's work. The position is expected to run through the balance of the year, with the potential to shift earlier in the day as familiarity with the site increases.

Schedule & Hours:

Part-time:

approximately 24 hours per week Monday-Thursday Estimated split:

Auburn:

~4 hours per evening

Fredrickson:

~2 hours per evening No fixed start time; work typically begins around 8:00 PM Flexibility to start earlier (e.g., 12 PM, 2 PM, or 6 PM) depending on site needs and coordination Materials must be staged and ready before crews arrive the next morning (crews work between 8:00 AM-6:00 PM) May include shifts as late as 6:00 PM-12:00

AM Responsibilities:

Transport materials from on-site storage containers to designated buildings across multiple facilities Operate a forklift to move materials safely and efficiently on a daily basis Ensure materials are properly staged and available for crews the following workday Divide time between Auburn and Fredrickson sites as required Follow direction from on-site lead, primarily available after 5:00-6:00 PM Maintain a safe, organized work environment

Requirements:

Dependable and punctual with strong work ethic Ability to lift and move boxes and materials Forklift experience or ability to operate a forklift safely Comfortable working evenings and independently Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required for travel between sites Low-skill role; reliability and accountability are key

Pay:

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
