In this energetic role, you will support skilled tradespeople by performing essential tasks that keep projects moving forward. Your hands-on work will involve assisting with various construction activities, operating tools and equipment, and ensuring safety standards are upheld. Duties Perform construction site cleanup and debris removal. Sweep, vacuum, and clean homes during and after construction. Remove trash and construction materials from job sites. Load, unload, move, and organize building materials. Assist with demolition and removal of construction debris as directed. Clean windows, floors, cabinets, countertops, and other surfaces in newly completed homes. Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely. Assist construction supervisors and trade partners as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Ability to perform heavy physical labor throughout the workday. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds repeatedly. Ability to bend, kneel, climb ladders, squat, push, pull, and work on your feet for extended periods. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, if required. Preferred Qualifications Previous construction labor, warehouse, landscaping, moving, demolition, or cleaning experience. Experience working on residential construction sites. Familiarity with construction tools and equipment. OSHA 10 certification (preferred but not required). Physical Demands Frequent lifting of 50-75 pounds. Repetitive bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching. Standing and walking for extended periods. Ability to climb stairs and ladders safely.
