Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate will responsible for parts runs, maintaining tools and equipment and helping in the warehouse

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None Duties/Responsibilities:

Be the main contact to be dispatched to run specialty parts to a job site. (Company vehicle will be used) Maintain inventory of all tools and equipment Maintanence equipment if needed or send to appropriate vewndor Cycle counting warehouse and technician vehicles if needed Pulling vehicle material reports and performing daily replenishment Inspects, verifies and accepts all deliveries according to policy Great attention to detail Communicate clearly with technicians and other team members Restocks supplies and inventory; places orders as needed Record and return defective items Processes invoices, supplying necessary data to accounting or other appropriate department for payment and recordkeeping Handles complaints related to shipments; notifies supervisor of any shipping or receiving issues

Required Skills/Abilities:

Clean Driving Record is a must Proficient with inventory control systems Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent time management skills

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. At least two years related experience required.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting. Occasional lifting above shoulders.
