Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations/Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position supports daily office and warehouse operations while delivering high-quality service to corporate customers and vendors. Responsibilities include managing order fulfillment for both transactional and project-based orders, processing incoming and outgoing shipments, handling customer returns, and maintaining accurate records. The role serves as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely responses and effective issue resolution. It also provides cross-functional support to the Support, Sales, and Accounting teams for customer-specific needs. Additionally, the position oversees office operations, including enforcing security protocols, coordinating delivery schedules, maintaining supplies and equipment, and ensuring smooth internal communication. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and possess a passion for logistics and warehouse operations. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity , where candidates who successfully complete a 90-day probationary period may be offered a full-time position with benefits. Responsibilities Interact daily with high-profile corporate customers and vendors in a professional manner Manage order fulfillment, including both transactional and project-based orders Receive, inspect, and process incoming and outgoing warehouse shipments Assist with processing and documentation of customer returns Handle, evaluate, and appropriately route customer inquiries, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution Provide support to Operations, Sales, and Accounting teams for customer-specific requests and processes Maintain accurate files and records, including customer data and return documentation Respond to emails promptly and professionally Answer and return phone calls in a timely manner Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Perform other related duties as assigned Experience An associate degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is a plus, but not required Experience with Acumatica and ConnectWise Sell or another ERP system is a plus, but not required Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in documentation and reporting Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities Creative thinker with the ability to contribute new ideas and process improvements Strong typing skills along with good computer literacy and data entry capabilities Contract-to-Hire Details This position begins as a contract role After 90 days , candidates who successfully meet performance and attendance expectations may be eligible for full-time employment Full-Time Benefits (Upon Conversion) Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Additional company benefits Why Join Key Code Media?
