Warehouse Associate Navis Pack and Ship Kent Kent, WA Job Details Full-time From $23 an hour 16 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Paid time off Qualifications Moving Driver's License Safety standard operating procedures Full Job Description Custom Crating, Packing and Pickups. We are a small (6 employees), local business dedicated to providing high quality customer service. We have an opening for a full-time (40 hrs per week) warehouse associate, Monday through Friday, generally 7-3:30 with occasional overtime. Bilingual Spanish accepted.
Duties include:
Picking up items from our customers (can be anything from artwork to machinery); Drive a box truck (16 - 24 feet) NO CDL required; Make boxes and crates (all training provided); Operate forklift (certification/training provided); Operate power tools; Pack large, fragile and sometimes valuable items; Palletize packed items; Small household moves (very rare); Receive, inspect and check in shipments for clients; Make white glove deliveries; Other miscellaneous tasks. Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs with moderate to high frequency, be okay in a warm or cool warehouse environment, maintain a disciplined work ethic and follow all safety procedures at all time. Although not required, it is a plus if you have experience building crates, driving a 16'-24' box truck, using pneumatic/power tools or driving a forklift. You must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation. Starting pay is $23/hr with annual raise reviews (you will not be stuck at this wage, we do give raises for hard workers over time). Compensation includes 3 weeks paid time off and 6 paid holidays (When they fall during the week).
