About Us Small Pet Select is a family-owned company based in Washington that is dedicated to improving the lives of small pets and the people who care for them. We are a growing direct-to-consumer pet supply company with warehouse and production operations focused on quality, teamwork, and customer care. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, consistency, and teamwork matter. The Role We are hiring a Production Associate to support daily production operations involving pellet and feed products. This role primarily focuses on filling, weighing, sealing, labeling, and preparing bags for shipment while helping maintain a clean and organized production area. This is a repetitive, physical role that requires standing for long periods and working efficiently as part of a small team. Team members should also be comfortable helping with different warehouse and production tasks throughout the day as priorities shift and business needs change. Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday Typical shift begins around 6:00 AM, with some flexibility depending on production needs What You'll Do Fill, weigh, seal, and label pellet/feed bags accurately Prepare products for shipment according to quality standards Keep production and work areas clean and organized Assist with stocking materials and maintaining inventory levels Support general warehouse and production tasks as needed Be flexible and willing to move between different tasks and work areas throughout the warehouse when needed Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Follow safety procedures and maintain consistent productivity throughout the shift

Who We're Looking For Required:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive work Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and consistency Comfortable working around hay, feed, and small animal products No hay allergies due to the warehouse and production environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed Why Join Us?
