This role combines production line operations with warehouse picking, packing, and inventory support , making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their daily work and takes pride in accuracy and teamwork. Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Packaging Perform production line tasks including printing, labeling, packaging, sorting, and visual inspections Prepare finished goods according to product specifications and quality standards Ensure products are packaged accurately and efficiently Warehouse Operations Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately Locate and pull raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods from inventory Assist with shipping, receiving, and material movement as needed Quality & Compliance Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMP guidelines, and company safety policies Complete required documentation for production and warehouse activities Identify and report damaged materials, quality concerns, or unsafe conditions immediately Workplace Organization Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support team members and assist in meeting daily production and shipping goals Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred Must be forklift certified or willing to become certified (training provided) Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Ability to read, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions in English Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand or sit for extended periods Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs safely Use hands for grasping, holding, picking, and repetitive motions Ability to safely climb ladders when needed Why Join America Medic & Science?
