Summary TruGreen is seeking a dedicated General Labor Technician to join our outdoor maintenance team in the US. This role is vital in supporting our mission of creating healthy and beautiful lawns for our customers. Based in your local area, this position offers an opportunity to contribute directly to enhancing outdoor spaces while working within a company that values safety, teamwork, and respect. Responsibilities Assist with lawn care treatments and outdoor maintenance activities. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Support team members in setting up equipment and preparing work sites. Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment. Maintain equipment and report any issues or damages. Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks effectively. Contribute to a positive customer experience through quality work. Uphold company values of safety, service, teamwork, accountability, and respect. Qualifications Prior experience with hand tools or outdoor maintenance preferred. Ability to operate power tools safely. Strong work ethic with attention to detail. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
