Redmond, WA Job Details Full-time $25 - $30 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description We are a well-funded startup company in Redmond focusing on the research and development of high-performance healthcare devices. We are looking for an experienced technician to join our small but growing team. We need someone who is friendly and fun, fits our culture, works hard, and follows through on commitments.
Primary Responsibilities:
Materials & Inventory Control Receive parts on Purchase Orders in the ERP system, and catalog miscellaneous incoming goods. Perform incoming part inspection per provided inspection criteria in the PLM system, using standard inspection tools: calipers, drop gauges, Go/NoGo gauges, etc. Create non-conforming material reports for discrepant material. Assist with unloading trucks as needed. Record and deliver miscellaneous receipts to the specified recipient Replenish inventory to support the production line. Assist in inventory counts and cycle count activities. Manage consumable inventory, including chemical expiration dates. Assist with receipt and decontamination of devices returned from the field
Secondary Responsibilities:
Logistics Package finished goods for shipment to customers Package and prepare miscellaneous shipments. Create domestic and international shipments through FedEx, UPS, DHL, Freight, and other forwarders. Evaluate shipments to determine packaging specifications and appropriate shipment method. Ability to use hand trucks and pallet jacks, and other lifting equipment. Coordinate pick-up and delivery directly with forwarders. Create packing slips in the ERP system. General Responsibilities Help to implement and maintain LEAN initiatives, including Visual Factory, 5S, Kanban, and Continuous Improvement. Ensure safety, organization, and cleanliness of the facility. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma. 2 years of experience with receiving/shipping/logistics, material handling, or inventory control.
