Full Job Description Location:

Redmond, WA (Onsite)

Pay Range:

$26-$30/hour

Healthcare Device Manufacturing / R D Startup Company Background Well-funded startup focused on research and development of high-performance healthcare devices. Small, growing team environment. Looking for someone who is dependable, collaborative, hardworking, and a strong cultural fit. Primary Responsibilities Materials & Inventory Control Receive parts and purchase orders in ERP system. Catalog incoming materials and miscellaneous goods.

Perform incoming inspections using:

Calipers Drop gauges Go/No-Go gauges Create non-conforming material reports (NCMRs). Support truck unloading as needed. Deliver incoming materials to internal stakeholders. Replenish production inventory. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits. Manage consumables and chemical expiration dates. Support receipt and decontamination of returned devices. Secondary Responsibilities Shipping & Logistics Package finished goods for customer shipments. Prepare domestic and international shipments. Coordinate shipments through FedEx, UPS, DHL, freight carriers, and forwarders. Determine appropriate packaging and shipping methods. Use material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks. Coordinate pickups and deliveries. Generate packing slips in ERP. General Responsibilities Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives: 5S Kanban Visual Factory Continuous Improvement Maintain workplace safety and organization. Keep work areas clean and orderly. Required Qualifications High School Diploma. Minimum 2 years of experience in: Receiving/shipping Logistics Material handling Inventory control Experience with ERP systems preferred. Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Ability to lift and move materials using handling equipment.
