This Material Handler role in Renton may be the perfect fit! Our client is a growing aerospace manufacturer producing high-quality composite products for the aerospace industry. In this role, you'll handle, prepare, and organize materials used in production to support manufacturing operations. You'll play a critical role in ensuring production kits and materials are accurate, prepared correctly, and delivered on time to downstream assembly areas.

Material Handler Duties:

Verify materials against manufacturing plans and check documentation for accuracy. Select, cut, and prepare materials according to Standard Work Instructions (SWI). Roll materials and attach part tags to prepare kits for delivery to production areas. Adhere to production schedules and ensure materials meet specification requirements. Communicate discrepancies or schedule concerns to supervisors.

Schedule:

Day:

Monday To Friday, 7am - 4:30pm

Swing:

Monday to Friday, 10am-630pm or 11am-7:30pm

Pay:

$21.75 - $25.75 per hour (full-time, non-exempt)

Material Handler Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Two years of manufacturing experience directly related to the duties. Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and utilize computers efficiently. Skilled in basic math calculations and hand measurement tools. Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
