Overview Monarch Power Supply - Warehouse Specialist (Temp-Hire) Monarch Power Supply is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving, stocking, pulling, and shipping parts while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, forklift certified, and able to work effectively across multiple departments. Wages Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $20-$22 hourly.

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Hours:

7am - 4 pm Key Responsibilities Process and prepare outgoing engine and parts shipments, including select international shipments. Pull and deliver parts for service, internal departments, walk-in customers, and outgoing orders. Receive, inspect, process, and stock incoming shipments according to established procedures. Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts. Monitor shipping supply inventory and coordinate restocking needs with the Warehouse Supervisor. Break down cardboard and transport recyclable materials to designated areas. Follow all warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience preferred. Data entry experience required. Valid forklift certification required. Experience operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts. Ability to work across multiple divisions and departments. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines. Minimum of 1 year of parts warehouse experience; engine or related industry experience preferred. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and data entry. Ability to process shipping and parts transactions within a business system. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities. Ability to read, interpret, and process shipping documents. Knowledge of material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and stand-up lifts. Ability to understand and work with vendor part numbering systems. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Ability to climb, balance, stoop, crouch, kneel, reach, push, pull, and grasp. Ability to work at elevated heights using lift equipment. Ability to perform repetitive tasks involving a computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone.
