Aerotek is hiring General Laborers to work in a large flour mill. You will start with cleaning work and get trained in other areas like packing, warehouse, machines, and basic welding support. What You'll Do + Clean and sanitize the flour mill + Sweep flour dust and clean equipment + Follow safety rules (lockout/tagout) + Work on different floors (use stairs daily) + Help with packing, milling, and warehouse work after training + Move bags, pallets, and materials + Do basic computer data entry + Assist machines after training + Check product quality + Work in dusty, hot, and noisy conditions Requirements + Willing to learn and work hands-on + Comfortable with physical work + Able to work in hot, dusty, and loud environment + Basic reading, writing, and math skills + Basic computer knowledge + Good attendance and strong work ethic Physical Work + Stand for long hours + Lift up to 50 lbs + Work 12-hour rotating shifts after training Work Environment + Large flour mill (13 floors) + Dusty, loud, and hot + PPE required (helmet, boots, hair/beard net) Apply fast
