Role:
Crux Subsurface builds foundations for critical infrastructure across the country — and our warehouse keeps that equipment moving. As a Warehouse Assistant, you're the person making sure drills, tools, and supplies are inspected, organized, and ready to go when the field needs them. You'll work hands-on every day — no two days look the same, the pace is fast, and what you do directly impacts crews in the field.
Hourly:
$23.50 Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Basic Life Insurance Provided with Premium Cost Share between employer and employee. 401k and Roth contribution with company match eligibility. Vacation and Sick Leave accrual in accordance with company plans.
What You'll Do:
Inspect drills and tools as they return from the field and report all findings to Warehouse Manager. Maintains inventory by checking in and out all equipment using equipment numbers and job numbers. Organize and maintain yard cleanliness and warehouse stock. Assist with repair and rebuild down-hole tooling and keep inventory up to date. Perform shipping and receiving including airfreight. Identify equipment parts needed and submit requests as appropriate. Transport vehicles to repair facilities and as directed by Warehouse Manager/Shop Superintendent. Organize and load drilling supplies and related items as required for current and upcoming jobs. Maintain safety equipment and cleanliness of Crux fleet.
What You'll Bring:
Valid driver's license (Class A CDL preferred) Experience with drilling equipment as operator or assistant preferred Ability to stay organized, work independently, and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and dependability Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts as required
Compensation Range:
The anticipated compensation for this position is - depending on experience and qualifications.
