Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Seasonal Loader/Unloader to join our logistics and warehouse operations team. This role involves efficiently loading and unloading shipments, ensuring the safe handling of materials, and maintaining accurate inventory flow. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with heavy equipment operation. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment while developing skills in materials handling, shipping and receiving, and warehouse management systems.

Hour Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30
PM Location:
Sumner, Washington Key Responsibilities Loaded and unloaded freight safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment. Operated warehouse equipment to transport, stage, and organize inventory within designated warehouse locations. Utilized RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and maintain accurate records. Performed order picking, packing, and shipment preparation to meet customer and operational requirements. Inspected incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quality, and damage discrepancies. Assisted with shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely processing of inbound and outbound freight. Handled heavy materials while following proper lifting techniques and workplace safety procedures. Maintained a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment. Collaborated with supervisors and team members to achieve daily productivity, quality, and operational goals. Followed OSHA regulations and company safety policies to promote a safe workplace.
