The Coffee Production Worker is responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to maximize production and maintain high standards in safety and quality. This role will also be engaged in supporting improvements to the manufacturing process in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, productivity and growth.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Pay Rate:

  $18.50/hr
• Overtime available: $27.

• 5:15 PM (Day Shift)
• Rotating Schedule Every 2

• Wednesday Thursday Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation:

  Learn to safely run and watch over high-speed production machines to keep things moving smoothly.

• Quality Control:

  Perform regular checks on products and packaging to ensure every item meets our quality and brand standards.

• Safety First:

  Maintain a clean, healthy workspace and follow safety rules (like Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices) at all times. ...

• Team Problem Solving:

  Work with your teammates to spot line issues, brainstorm ways to fix them, and share your ideas for making the process better.

• Tracking Progress:

  Follow simple work instructions and keep track of production data to help the team hit daily goals.

Continuous Learning:

When maintenance is needed, stay by your line to help out and learn how the equipment works so you can better troubleshoot in the future.

5:00 AM

PM Skills:

• Ability to quickly learn about how processing and packaging equipment works
• Mechanical understanding or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Self-motivated team player with ability to make decisions, communicate and problem solve.
• Comfort with basic computer functions and ability to quickly learn production software.
• Basic mathematical skills to make production calculations.

Education:

High School Experience:

0-1 years

Qualifications:

• Comfortably lift 35 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to stay active and on your feet (standing, bending, and stretching) for your full shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements, including kneeling, squatting, twisting, reaching overhead, and climbing stairs or ladders.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting with varying temperatures and humidity levels.
