Warehouse Worker / Scrap Yard Associate Bytes Recycling LLC -
Tenino/Olympia, WA Area Pay:
$19.50-$28 per hour (DOE)

Full-Time Schedule:
Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts depending on assigned schedule. About Us Bytes Recycling LLC is a growing scrap metal and electronic waste recycling company serving Thurston County and surrounding areas. We are looking for a hardworking, dependable employee who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team. Job Responsibilities Assist customers unloading scrap metal and recyclable materials Sort and separate ferrous and non-ferrous metals Operate forklifts and other equipment (training available) Prepare and process scrap materials for shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with warehouse and yard cleanup Load and unload trucks and containers Follow company safety procedures and environmental regulations Qualifications Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable transportation and strong attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience with forklifts, equipment, construction, recycling, demolition, or warehouse work is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience Scrap metal recycling Warehouse operations Forklift operation Construction or demolition Heavy equipment operation What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement On-the-job training Stable, year-round work Family-owned local business Why Work Here?
