We specialize in large, custom, portable pump packages, and our products are renowned for their performance, serviceability, and built-in quality. We proudly serve thousands of customers from our global headquarters in Vancouver, Washington and our new manufacturing factory in Houston, Texas. Use your logistics expertise and be part of handling a variety of logistics issues in a manufacturing environment. You will support the daily operations to ensure essential parts availability to our fabrication and assembly team, material handling and so on. You will follow standard work and operating procedures to ensure those responsibilities are fulfilled and goals are met. You will report to the Warehouse Manager. Responsibilities Pull parts kits and different bolts / small items from the warehouse and prepare for the assemblers. Organize received parts and pieces in the warehouse. Verify the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries. Label every product and place them accordingly. Identify and locate the right products during the delivery process. Keep a well-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory. Handle returns by completing technical documentation and other required communication. Keep all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular maintenance. Convey purchasing requirements and keep data on the availability of products in short supply. General shop clean-up and organization. Collaborate with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries, and replace damaged products. Keep maintenance log, driving log, and conduct vehicle inspection on company vehicle. Transport inventory on site and pick up parts from vendors. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Be at least 18 years of age. 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting. Must be able to communicate in English. Forklift experience required. A valid class C driver's license, clean driving history, and one year of professional driving with trailer experience (CDL not required). Physical Requirements and Work Environment Employees must be able to lift and move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Close vision is required for this job. While performing the responsibilities of this job, employees are required to talk and hear, stand and sit, and use their fingers and thumbs. Employees are frequently required to reach with their hands and arms and are occasionally required to kneel or stoop. While working in the factory, performing inspections and troubleshooting equipment, employees may be asked to work under varying weather conditions, operate heavy machinery and tolerate moderate noise levels.
