Part-Time | Monday-Friday | 10:00 AM - 2:00
PM Who We Are:
Opti Staffing is partnering with a growing manufacturing company seeking a dependable and hardworking Material Handler to support daily production operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a steady part-time schedule in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do:
Under the direction of the Production Supervisor and Operations Team, you will help maintain material flow throughout the facility and ensure production teams have the supplies they need to stay productive. Prepare and assemble boxes and packaging materials Move pallets and finished goods throughout the facility Stage materials for production and shipping departments Replenish inventory at production workstations Assist with loading and unloading materials Maintain organized inventory and storage areas Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely Support production teams with material requests Follow all safety procedures and company policies Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist with general warehouse and material flow duties as assigned What's In It for

Have:
High School Diploma or GED preferred Ability to read and understand basic work instructions Eligible to work in the United States Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and reach throughout the shift Reliable transportation and strong attendance
The Musts:
Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable and punctual
Preferred:
Previous warehouse or material handling experience Experience operating a pallet jack Forklift certification or forklift experience Manufacturing experience
Work Environment:
Manufacturing and warehouse environment with exposure to moving equipment, production machinery, and moderate noise levels.
