General Production Worker Location:
Vancouver, WA Pay:
$20/hour

Day Shift Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves assembling structural components and sub-assemblies using blueprints and technical drawings, supporting construction-related projects such as railings, cables, and framing systems. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and want to develop fabrication and woodworking skills over time. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly Assemble structural components and sub-assemblies for construction-related projects Use measuring tools (tape measure) to verify dimensions and ensure precision Operate hand and power tools (drills, saws, etc.) to cut, shape, and assemble materials Assist with general shop duties to support daily production needs Perform basic woodworking and fabrication tasks as required Inspect finished products to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper alignment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Required Skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings Strong measurement skills using a tape measure Experience with hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) Experience using power tools in a shop or construction setting Ability to follow detailed instructions and assemble components accurately Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a shop helper or warehouse/production worker Experience working with construction materials (railings, cables, framing) Basic woodworking or fabrication experience Ability and willingness to learn new skills and cross-train Why Join Us?
