Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate working the Night Shift, where your energy and precision will drive our distribution operations forward! In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling materials, preparing shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Your proactive approach will ensure timely order fulfillment and seamless warehouse distribution, supporting our commitment to excellence. Duties Operate reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment safely to load and unload materials Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick, pack, and process orders Perform order picking and packing with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in shipping & receiving operations Stock shelves and organize inventory efficiently for easy access and optimal warehouse flow Conduct quality control checks on materials and finished products to maintain high standards Assist with shipping & receiving tasks, including verifying shipments and preparing documentation Support warehouse distribution activities by loading/unloading trucks and ensuring proper storage of goods Skills Proficiency in operating reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and heavy equipment with safety awareness Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for inventory control Strong knowledge of order picker techniques, picking & packing processes, and stock replenishment Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and basic maintenance Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during load & unload tasks Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures, quality control standards, and warehouse safety protocols Warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse management best practices is a plus This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise in logistics operations while making a tangible impact every day.
