• Job Description
• This role involves working at a new assembly facility where painted parts will be transported to various locations. Due to frequent damage during transport, the main task is to wrap parts and cabs in packaging materials to protect them and reduce rework. The position also involves helping to establish and refine processes and standards, requiring adaptability and openness to feedback.
• Responsibilities
• + Wrap parts and cabs in packaging materials to protect them during transport. + Transport painted parts from ASY and IPP to the new assembly facility and other locations. + Help create and fine-tune processes and standards for packaging and transport. + Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow. + Consistently lift and handle materials weighing up to 35lbs.
• Essential Skills
• + Ability to consistently lift 35lbs. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Experience in general labor, packing, manufacturing, and production. + Excellent attendance record and work history.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Experience in packaging and loading. + Adaptability to feedback and change.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
