Warehouse Associate Job Description This temporary Warehouse Associate position supports a manufacturing facility by performing a variety of general labor, inspection, and production-related tasks. You will help ensure products move efficiently through the warehouse, meet quality standards, and are prepared for the next stage in the production process. Responsibilities Perform general labor duties in the warehouse, including handling, organizing, and moving materials as directed. Assist with inspection of products or materials to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Support production activities by staging, sorting, or preparing items for manufacturing processes. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with facility guidelines. Follow written and verbal instructions to complete tasks accurately and on time. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals. Adhere to all workplace safety procedures and report any hazards or issues promptly. Essential Skills Ability to perform general labor tasks in a warehouse environment. Capability to assist with inspection activities and follow quality guidelines. Physical ability to stand, walk, and handle materials throughout the shift. Reliability and punctuality for a 1st shift schedule. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor role is beneficial. Familiarity with basic production processes is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Appleton, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
