Warehouse Material Handler

Great Northern - Chippewa Falls is seeking two Forklift Operators to join our growing manufacturing team! Are you ready to make a difference?

Our Forklift Operators Schedules:

3rd Shift Sunday through Wednesday 11:00pm to 7:00am, and Thursday 9:00pm to 5:00am.

• Hourly wage is $22.

50. An additional $1.50 hourly shift differential is applied while working between the hours of 3:00pm and 7:00am. Our Forklift Operators are

Responsible For:

• Loading, unloading, and moving materials within or near plant, yard, or warehouse
• Operating industrial forklift truck to assist in unloading and loading raw materials and product from trucks and trailers, while checking for proper material and count quality.
• Notifying the Distribution Manager of the arrival of outstanding orders and any order discrepancies.
• Following Great Northern's quality procedures for accuracy and quality, randomly checking a minimum of one order per day.
• Changing LP tanks safely, following written guidelines, or recharges electric forklift as needed.
• Shrink-wrapping units as needed in preparation for shipping.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned

Our Forklift Operators Will Possess:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide and correctly read a tape measure
• Ability to meet product specifications and quality standards of our Customers and Great Northern - CF
• A strong understanding of the importance of safety
