Responsibilities Provide professional home care services, including carpet cleaning, floor care, upholstery cleaning, and other household maintenance solutions. Educate homeowners on the benefits of proper cleaning, maintenance, and products designed to improve the cleanliness and comfort of their homes. Build trust and establish strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and outstanding service. Demonstrate products and services while identifying customer needs and recommending customized cleaning solutions. Assist customers in selecting the best services, products, and upgrades to fit their home care goals. Generate and follow up on sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely while following company procedures and quality standards. Maintain accurate service records, customer information, and sales documentation. Work independently and collaboratively with team members to achieve service and sales goals. What We're Looking For A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to build a long-term career. Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, cleaning, home improvement, or general labor is preferred but not required. Mechanical aptitude and comfort using cleaning equipment and tools is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, standing, and moving equipment.
