This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work, working as part of a team, and contributing to daily production goals. This entry-level position offers on-the-job training and a contract-to-direct path. Candidates should be comfortable working in changing weather conditions, following safety procedures, and handling materials throughout the production process. Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and move wood building materials and finished products
  • Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
  • Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment as trained
  • Follow safety procedures and participate in safety meetings
  • Maintain material flow according to production requirements
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
  • Work outdoors and indoors in varying Wisconsin weather conditions
  • Learn and apply processes through training and guidance from supervisors Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds continuously and up to 80 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to bend, twist, squat, reach, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to work safely and follow established procedures
  • Willingness to wear required PPE
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions
  • Strong attendance and reliability

From $19.00 per hour
