Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping, and receiving. Duties Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners and order picker equipment to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and load/unload trucks safely to move stock throughout the warehouse. Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves accurately and conducting regular stock counts using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms. Prepare shipments by packaging products securely and labeling them correctly for shipping & receiving processes. Utilize warehouse distribution techniques to organize products for optimal space utilization and easy access. Assist with order fulfillment for e-commerce platforms, ensuring all items are picked according to order specifications. Support warehouse operations by maintaining cleanliness, safety standards, and adhering to company policies. Skills Proven experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners in a warehouse setting. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software. Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and inventory control. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and stock management. Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly and stand or walk for extended periods during shifts. Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively.
