Location:
Hartford, WI Day shift: 6:00am
  • 6:00pm
Nightshift:
6:00pm
  • 6:00am Join our dynamic manufacturing team! As a General Labor associate, you will play a vital role in our production process, working either the day shift (1st shift) or evening shift (2nd shift). In this position, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Operating production equipment to assemble and fabricate metal components
  • Performing quality checks and inspections to ensure product specifications are met
  • Handling and moving materials, supplies, and finished goods
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Paint masking for the powder coat paint line
  • Light assembly, broach, and surface grinding To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
  • Basic math skills to measure and track production metrics
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
