Production/Warehouse Team Member

Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Production & Warehouse Team Member to join our team. This is a hands-on role with a variety of responsibilities across production, packaging, and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities Production line work:

operating equipment (including pug mills), weighing, packaging, boxing, and sealing products Lifting and loading materials into machines Picking, packing, and preparing orders (5-60 lbs) Assembling and wrapping pallet orders (able to move many boxes 25-50 pounds with ease) Moving and stacking pallets (average pallet weight ~45 lbs) Inventory support and stocking shelves Maintaining a clean workspace (sanitizing equipment, sweeping, waste removal) Outside maintenance work The ideal candidate would be willing to assist with basic customer service (answering phones/taking orders if needed

• this is not a deal breaker)Qualifications Self-starter with strong attention to detail Ability to follow directions and retain processes Ability to repeatedly lift and pull up to 60 lbs Team-oriented with a positive attitude Willingness to be cross-trained and adapt to daily needs Additional Requirements Neat, clean appearance required (T-shirt, jeans, steel/composite toe footwear) No animal or human hair on clothing during shifts.

Some tasks involve fine powders—PPE is required at those times

• Men must be willing to keep short facial hair and shave when necessary to ensure proper mask seal for fine powder tasks (OSHA compliance;
• this is an occasional requirement, not daily). Schedule & Pay Full-Time (39 hours/week) Monday
