Job Description
Overview Tactical Expressions is a growing e-commerce business specializing in custom Cerakoted firearm parts and tactical accessories. We are seeing a reliable and detail-oriented individual with a passion for firearms to join our team. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining inventory levels. This is an exciting, hands-on role with growth potential into Cerakote application. This is currently a part-time role for 16-20 hours per week. Candidates must be available on Mondays and Fridays between 8a-3p. Duties Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damages, and verify accuracy against purchase orders. Pick and pack orders according to specifications, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and packaged for shipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve any discrepancies in shipping or receiving processes. Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting any variances. Learn and assist with Cerakote prep, application, and finishing techniques. Qualifications Experience with firearms is a preferred - military or professional gunsmithing backgrounds highly preferred. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Basic computer skills and ability to follow order workflows Willingness to learn new skills, including Cerakote and social media content production. Positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to grow with a small but ambitious team. A commitment to maintaining safety standards related to firearm sales.
