Full-time Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Material Handler to join our warehouse team. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently handling and moving materials throughout the warehouse. Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will contribute to the overall success of our operations.

Duties:

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks to move materials with overhead cranes
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and storage of materials
• Utilize a warehouse management system to track inventory and locate materials
• Perform order picking and packing duties as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks

Skills:

• Experience operating forklifts, order pickers, and other heavy equipment
• Proficient in using a warehouse management system to track inventory
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
