Duties:

Perform various warehouse duties, including but not limited to: Receiving and inspecting incoming materials Sorting, organizing, and storing inventory Picking and packing orders for shipment Loading and unloading trucks Maintain inventory control by accurately counting and recording incoming and outgoing materials Assist with order fulfillment by picking, packing, and shipping products Properly use, clean, and sanitize the equipment and facility according to established procedures Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe for all employees Assist in ensuring that all Earth Ranch's products meet or exceed all company quality standards. Other duties as assigned by Management.

Experience:

Previous experience in a warehouse or materials handling role preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems and processes Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately perform order picking and inventory control tasks Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with warehouse operations Strong materials handling skills to safely move and stack items of various sizes and weights Ability to fabricate or assemble products as needed Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
