Overview:
Get Hired! Advance Services is hiring motivated workers to join our team with a leading plastics manufacturer in the Janesville area! We're offering competitive pay, advancement opportunities, and great training.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload materials. Receive, store, and issue raw materials, finished goods, and supplies while maintaining accurate inventory records. Ensure materials are staged, organized, and delivered to the proper departments in a timely manner. Assist in maximizing warehouse space utilization through proper storage practices. Follow established safety guidelines, and company policies at all times. Assist in reducing scrap and waste through careful material handling and efficient processes. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to meet company goals for safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.
Work Environment:
Fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment. Requires standing, lifting, bending, and operating equipment for extended periods. Exposure to varying temperatures and warehouse conditions.
