You'll play a key role in keeping our fulfillment and inventory operations running smoothly. Experience in the cannabis or hemp industry is a strong plus, you'll feel right at home. Duties Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow, improve inventory accuracy, and uphold safety protocols. Pack and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently Conduct routine inventory audits and maintain accurate stock counts Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant Handle product with care and attention to detail Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail accuracy matters here
• Background or familiarity with THC/hemp/cannabis products preferred. Must know how many grams in an 1/8, oz, qp, Etc.
• Dependable and able to commit to 3-5 days per week
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with good organizational habits
