This isn't just a dead-end job. What You'll Do As a Fabrication Support Specialist, you are the backbone of the shop floor. You ensure production never skips a beat by keeping raw materials and finished parts in the right place, at the right time, and in perfect condition. Material Handling & Production Support Safely transport raw materials and in-process parts between specialized departments. "Shake out" precision parts after cutting and prepare them for the next stage of operation. Stage and store completed goods and materials accurately using FIFO principles. Maintain a highly clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace. Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Logistics Efficiently load and unload delivery trucks and trailers. Meticulously verify part counts and labels to ensure inventory accuracy. Match physical shipments to packing lists for error-free outgoing logistics. Assist with strategic inventory staging and storage warehouse management. Quality Control & Teamwork Log precise counts and material data into the production tracking system. Keep your eyes open and communicate immediately if parts are missing or look incorrect. Work closely with machine operators and production leads to meet daily shipping deadlines. #Manitowoc1
