Job Description

Join our Marshfield Team! We are Located at 1511 E 4th St, Marshfield, WI 54449 Receives, stores, loads out and distributes material, tools, equipment, and product throughout the plant.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Effectively move product from the pre-cooler to the main cooler in order to maintain consistent cooling of products Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas. Maintain daily cleanliness of coolers and warehouse Assembles customer orders from stock and places in designated set up area. Inspects incoming pallets for acceptance or rejection Sorts and stores perishable goods in refrigerated warehouse Produce a safe and quality product Troubleshoot production issues and escalate them to appropriate team members Trained on HACCP, GMP's, safety, manufacturing processes, and loss control programs and use that knowledge to perform your work duties Participation in a team environment Performs other tasks assigned by Supervisor
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 18 years or older Able to read and comprehend the English language Ability to do basic math (addition and subtraction) Must be able to tell time on an analog or digital clock Ability to use computers and touch-screen technology Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Must be detail oriented Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment Must be able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule

Previous manufacturing experience
