Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Warehouse Maintain store inventory levels and proper labeling of products Load and unload delivery vehicles using appropriate equipment (i.e. operating forklifts) and maintain warehouse organization Prepare and complete daily orders for customer shipments/deliveries; includes picking orders, material packaging, labeling shipments, and paperwork completion Maintain cleanliness of the building to ensure safety of all employees, customer, and visitors Will help prepare OSC delivery driver's load and will help to unload for each day's delivery route Customer Support Assist customers in selecting and purchasing welding equipment and supplies by applying technical knowledge to meet their needs Provide excellent customer support Work closely with Sales Department to assist with customer quotes, questions and orders Field incoming calls to branch location Communicate and cultivate the Core Values of Oxygen Service Company internally and externally Cultivate and maintain positive business relationships Attend and participate in scheduled department meetings Prepare customer pickup orders Process and manage cylinder transactions Delivery Perform one-off deliveries as customers require Operate company vehicle in a professional, safe and courteous manner following all traffic rules
