Work Schedule:
60%, day shift. Monday•Friday; Working three days per week, 8.5 hour shifts. Hours range 7:00 AM•5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational need of the department. You will work at the Pharmacy Services Building in Middleton, WI. As a Pharmacy Technician Specialist, you will: Help support our pharmacy services across the entire Madison area. Bring your passion for helping care for patients through diligently picking and preparing medications. Working in a variety of settings including warehouse, sterile compounding and bulk medication preparation. Be a strong team player, highly detail-oriented, and a critical thinker who easily identifies how to prioritize work and manage time within a busy work environment. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Required Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program Preferred Work Experience 6 months experience as a pharmacy technician, completion of accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program, or completion of second year of pharmacy school.
