Job Description

MPE is hiring General Labor Helpers to support our Assembly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing with a company that values training, teamwork, and growth. As a General Labor Helper, you will assist with a variety of assembly and production tasks in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment. No manufacturing experience is required—we will train the right candidate.
Shifts Available:
1 st Shift 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday, overtime as required. Pay rate $18-20/hour What You'll Do Assist assemblers with preparing materials and components for production Package, label, and move finished products Perform basic assembly and production support tasks Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Use hand tools and basic measuring devices as needed Support other departments and production activities as assigned What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong attendance and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required Why Join MPE?
