Essential Duties and Responsibilities This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties as management deems necessary. Kitting & Material Flow Kit parts for weld projects based on production schedules and assigned work orders. Ensure all required components are available and staged appropriately for weld teams. Collaborate with material handler lead and other members of the production team to prioritize kitting based on workflow needs. Epicor ERP Utilization Use Epicor to locate work orders, resolve inventory discrepancies, and check part availability. Track material movement and update statuses to maintain real-time inventory visibility. Follow assigned pick lists for weld and steel processing operations. Inventory & Quality Assign with monitoring inventory levels; notifying appropriate personnel when stock needs replenishment. Perform quality checks on kitted materials to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain organized staging areas and ensure materials are labeled and stored properly. Cross-Functional Support Work closely with Shipping & Receiving and other departments to ensure smooth material flow. Help drive and support BCT's Culture and Core Values. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Valid forklift certification Some mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings. Organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a deadline-driven environment. Education and/or Experience Requires High school Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in material handling or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
