Make deliveries in the greater Milwaukee area for our delivery service, and pick up each customer's cores and returns. Must be friendly and customer focused.

Duties:

Provide positive, fast and friendly customer service Pull customer orders from warehouse and load into company delivery vehicle, customer vehicle or stage items for pick up while using safe material handling procedures. Produce and complete accurate paperwork Ensure all product leaving the branch is billed. Collect payment via check,or credit card and by following all money handling procedures. Unload deliveries to branch by hand or by using material handling equipment (MHE) and place product in assigned stocking areas. Ensure safe and efficient operation of lift truck or other MHE. Immediately report damage, safety issues and accidents to supervisor. Perform all warehouse related duties including maintaining the appearance of the warehouse and entire facility. Duties include but are not limited to clearing of debris, pallets and cartons, sweeping, vacuuming, emptying trash and tidying shelves. Verify accuracy of incoming orders by counting before product is securely stocked on racking and organized/stocked correctly to prevent damage. Immediately report discrepancies to supervisor. Process, prepare and receive all product shipped by UPS and other delivery services. Make deliveries to customer locations via assigned routes which may change daily. Other duties as assigned.

Experience/ Job Requirements:

Proficiency while operating a computer Ability to read invoices, catalogs, stock numbers and descriptions to accurately identify items. Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required. Ability to operate delivery vehicles and safely and efficiently. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
