Warehouse Shipping Associate

Extension, Inc. is currently hiring a Crater for our client's shipping department in New Berlin. This role is responsible for preparing finished products for safe domestic and international shipment while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities Stage finished products for shipment and loading Safely load finished products onto trucks Build custom crates and skids from scratch for domestic and international shipments Package products using shrink wrap, boxes, labels, foam, and other protective materials Secure products to skids to ensure safe transportation Operate pneumatic tools including nail guns, saws, and staple guns Operate forklifts to move materials and finished goods Unload and organize incoming supplies such as lumber, pallets, and banding materials Use equipment including foam machines, pallet jacks, and pallet crushers Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Support a positive and collaborative team environment Perform additional duties as assigned
