Job Title:
Warehouse Worker Job Description This role supports wristband production by moving materials throughout the warehouse and assisting with general production and machine operation. You will help ensure that paper and silicone wristbands are produced efficiently and accurately by supplying operators with the materials they need and supporting printing and related tasks as required. Responsibilities Transport materials and supplies from warehouse storage areas to production operators to support wristband manufacturing. Support the production of paper and silicone wristbands by assisting with general production tasks. Operate or assist with operating production and printing machinery as directed. Handle materials safely and efficiently to maintain a smooth production flow. Follow established procedures and instructions to ensure accurate and timely completion of work. Maintain a clean and organized work area in both warehouse and production spaces. Collaborate with production operators and team members to meet daily production goals. Follow all safety guidelines and report any issues or hazards to the appropriate personnel. Essential Skills At least 2 years of warehouse experience. Ability to support production operations in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Capability to assist with machine operation in a production setting. Basic understanding of printing or production processes, or willingness to learn. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail and focus on safety. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working in a production environment making printed products is a plus. Familiarity with printing, printing presses, flexographic printing, or flexo press operation is beneficial. Comfort working around production and printing equipment. Work Environment This position is based in a warehouse and production facility focused on manufacturing paper and silicone wristbands. You will work around production and printing equipment, including presses and related machinery. The operation runs multiple shifts, including 1st shift from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 2nd shift from 4:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., and a split shift from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The environment is active and fast-paced, with regular movement between storage and production areas and a strong emphasis on safety and cleanliness. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
