Diamond Visions is a family-owned and operated distributor located in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. We ship products from our warehouse to businesses across the country. JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a new worker to join our warehouse team, where everyone's position is multi-faceted. Some of the primary roles we are looking to cover out-of-the-gates are order picking, receiving, and general workspace maintenance. Depending on your experience and interests, there is potential to grow into our FedEx shipping department or take on expanded responsibilities like forklift driving, inventory management and more.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED equivalent An ability to do basic math calculations A physical capability to work on your feet for an 8-hour shift and lift objects up to 65 lbs. (team lifting encouraged for high end weights) A focused work mindset where the job-at-hand comes first A flexible attitude to deal with changing priorities throughout the day (we are a small team and help each other as needed)
VALUED EXPERIENCE
Prior warehouse work A consistent and successful work history Computer skills (Windows, QuickBooks, etc.) Shipping experience (FedEx, UPS WorldShip, etc.) Forklift experience
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Starting at $20-$22.50 per hour Annual raises after your first full year •Potential for an early first raise if you excel• 401K retirement plan with profit sharing 75% health insurance coverage (for employee) Paid holidays (approximately 10 days per year) Potential bonuses A flexible workplace, where just like ours, your family comes first
HOURS:
8:00am to 4:30pm (Monday-Thursday) 7:30am to 4:00pm (Friday) Overtime as needed (early start & half-day Saturdays) 30-minute lunch at noon and two 10-minute paid breaks at 10am and 2pm
