Job Description

We are a leading provider of design and manufacturing solutions for industrial power transmission systems. Our product offerings include universal joint drive shafts, cardan shafts, gear couplings, and flexible disc couplings used in a variety of industrial applications. Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated General Laborer to join our team in Oconto Falls, WI. This role involves hands-on work supporting the manufacturing process, including material handling, equipment operation, and general shop maintenance. Candidates with welding experience are strongly encouraged to apply and will be eligible for higher pay.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the assembly and production of industrial drive shafts and couplings Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Perform basic material handling, packing, and loading/unloading of parts Maintain a clean and organized work environment Support machine operators and welders as needed Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
