General Laborer

Job Title:

General Laborer We're seeking a detail‑oriented General Laborer to clean welds, treat stainless steel parts, and support chemical passivation processes in a manufacturing environment. This role involves operating TIG cleaning equipment, maintaining passivation systems, handling chemicals safely, and working closely with production and quality teams. Key Responsibilities Clean and finish welds to meet customer specifications. Set up, operate, and maintain TIG cleaning systems. Operate and monitor chemical passivation tanks. Prepare, rack, and inspect parts before and after treatment. Mix and test chemical solutions for proper concentration. Document process parameters and maintenance activities. Perform hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all OSHA and company safety standards. Essential Skills Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or general labor. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and inspection equipment. Familiarity with TIG cleaning systems and passivation processes. Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Ability to safely handle hazardous chemicals. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability. Preferred Qualifications Experience in metal fabrication, welding, or machine shop environments. Knowledge of corrosion‑resistant finishing processes. Strong organizational habits and teamwork skills. Why Join Us? Work Environment This first‑shift role (6:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.) is based in a clean, well‑lit facility with modern updates. You'll work around TIG cleaning systems, passivation tanks, parts washers, and pressure‑testing equipment in a safety‑focused, organized production setting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Osceola, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
