Overview:

We are seeking dedicated secondary operators to join our team at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge. This role reports to the shift supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Assist in various tasks within the manufacturing facility, such as heat treat, powder coat, Paint dip lines, packing, part sorting, grinding and other misc. secondary spring operations. Use hand tools to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately. Support the production team by following instructions and measuring for accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.

Experience:

Although prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing facility, or factory setting is preferred, we will train the right applicants. Familiarity with working around forklifts and operating machinery is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Math skills required:

Read and write with decimals and fractions.
