Job Description

As a Warehouse Handler, you will play a foundational role in the execution of daily warehouse operations within our global supply chain network. This position is responsible for physical inventory handling, accuracy in order fulfillment, receiving activities, and support of continuous warehouse improvements. You will ensure timely movement and documentation of materials to support production, sales, and distribution requirements. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standards supply chain organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition, ensuring proper documentation and labeling. Maintain inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts, audits, and timely system updates. Prepare and coordinate outbound shipments, including packaging, labeling, and required shipping documentation. Support logistics by communicating with carriers and ensuring timely pickups and deliveries. Follow safety, compliance, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., GMP, biosecurity) while operating equipment as certified. Identify inventory or process issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
Effective verbal and written communication abilities Strong organizational skills, particularly in managing details crucial to the supply chain process Highly valued: Demonstrated experience working in JDE Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners Track record of effectively identifying and solving supply chain challenges Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques. Familiarity with scanning tools, inventory systems, and basic Microsoft Office functions Background in agricultural operations and familiarity with farm-specific terminology is beneficial
